Frankly, I was a bit uncomfortable at first with your fee...Yet, due to
the quality and the number of stable, "pre-sold" prospects you send
every month, I no longer look at it as an "expense." ...Compared to
a unit sitting vacant for two, three or even four weeks, your locating fee is
nominal. I have also been able to eliminate some of our costly newspaper
advertising due to the additional traffic your group provides; just another
way J. Ellis Apartment Locators saves us money.
