Build or Buy a Home
J. Ellis Apartment Locators offers a very special incentive
program, the Home Purchase Credit Program, to clients
planning to buy or build a home in the foreseeable future.
When they rent an apartment recommended by J. Ellis
Apartment Locators, and then purchase or build their new
home through one of our participating builders or Realtors,
a percentage of the rent they have paid is credited back to
them; as much as $2000.00 is rebated to them at closing, to
spend any way they wish.
Problems with
Credit or Rental
History
It is very discouraging to a potential employee to be told
over and over that their past credit or rental problems
prevent them from getting into an apartment they really
like. Most apartment communities have qualifying
requirements that a tenant-applicant must meet before being
allowed to sign a lease. Not being able to qualify can keep
potentially valuable employees out of your work force.
However, people looking to sublet or share accommodations in
a residence they own or manage are not usually that
stringent, and by using J. Ellis' Roommate Matching service
