Our Corporate Housing Division has short-term housing available . . . a more comfortable and less expensive alternative to a hotel stay. This service is offered to those individuals needing short-term or long-term interem housing with all or some of the home services listed below. Many of these communities have swimming pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, racquetball courts and complete health club facilities. This service can be offered on a week-to-week, month-to-month, three-month or six month basis.
	Visitors and new residents who need temporary housing. Home Buyers - Held up by construction or closing delays. Corporations - For clients and associates. Businessmen - On trips requiring an extended stay. Vacationers - For visiting relative or friend. People relocating - While looking for permanent residence or waiting for household goods to arrive.
		Weekly accomodations are available at some communities. Most require a minimum 30 days lease. but offer long-term (such as six-month or one-year) leases as well. Rates vary according to size of the residence, length of lease, and services provided, but the cost is generally approximately 50% less than hotels.
